What is included in the Emergency Living Trust package?

Our Living Trust Package includes a Living Trust, Trust Certificate, Will, Powers of Attorny, Final Disposition instructions. Travel to you, notary, recording deed with the county (extra $500 per deed) all included in the flat fee. All inclusive.

Can the information-gathering process be completed by phone?

Yes. Our Legal Document Assistant team can collect the required information by phone and prepare your documents according to the information and direction you provide.

Does pricing vary by location?

The price includes notary fees, county and state recording fees, and travel expenses. Pricing may increase for services provided beyond Southern California or beyond Central Arizona (Greater Phoenix Area). Contact our team to confirm the final cost for your location.
